Favorite holiday treats?

I do sugar cookies and gingerbread every year. With the sugar cookies, the fun is the frosting! I love decorating them even though I was a leeetle lazy this year. Try Twinkle's Christmas Stars! I'm about to make them. Just waiting for the puff pastry to defrost...

Well, I usually make sugar cookies. I cut stars, drizzle white chocolate over them and sprinkle with sanding sugar so they are very sparkely.

Kids really like the m&m cookies with the red/green m&ms.

Chewy Charlies, peanut butter balls rolled in powdered sugar.

Peanut butter fudge is yummy.

I make my eggnogg cookies.

My mom also makes the pretzel rods. She make TONS of party mix, also the seasoned oyster crakers.

She made the Ritz cracker/peanut butter sandwiches dipped in chocolate. THOSE are yummy!

I'm sure I can think of more.

I dont do the baking cooking thing. BUT I found the neatest animal cookie set made by keebler there easy bake cookies and come with all the stuff to ice and deocrate them. We are going to make them for mikeys christmas party at school. and we are making a gingebread tree to take to the inlaws. easy stff.

Gingerbread cookies are my favorite. I don't know how to make them though (I just buy them at a bakery).

My favorite treat around the holidays would be peppermint ice cream...I swear I could eat a gallon in one sitting!!!

I also love to make stained-glass candy, I am tomorrow actually...I do not have the recp. with me here, I left it at mom's, but I will def. post it for you tomorrow Wynnie, I will try to find some pics for you too.

I ADORE candycane or pepermint stick icecream. We have some here called Snowcream, that is almost as good as the real thing, but a bit too sweet for me. If You can get Mayfields Ice Cream where you live, pick either of these up.
